2. Job Title: Sales, Marketing, and Public Relations Specialist (Marketing Officer)
3. Job Description:
- Participate in the planning and development of sales strategies and targets aimed at developing the branch's business in line with the company's direction.
- Plan and implement market research in Vietnam in general, and in Hai Phong, Hanoi, and Ho Chi Minh City in particular.
- Plan and implement strategies for identifying and developing potential customers based on market research results.
- Track, monitor, and manage your progress toward achieving your personal goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Perform regular and ad-hoc customer service tasks (when necessary) and report the information back to the Board of Directors.
- Support various departments within the company on issues related to Japanese corporate clients, such as client meetings, customer service, and handling client feedback/complaints, etc.
- Advising the Board of Directors on the development of business objectives and strategies for the branch in general and the company in particular.
- Advising the Board of Directors on market trends and customer needs.

5. Required qualifications: University degree or higher, fluent in Japanese and English.
6. Experience required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics field.
- Experienced in working with Japanese corporate clients.
- Experienced with logistics processes and solutions.
- Possesses knowledge of international and domestic commercial transportation.
- Good Microsoft Office skills
