1. Hardware management (20% job)
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems in the company
- Support for installing necessary software for work
- Troubleshoot network and software problems on computers
- Consulting on computer system installation and information technology solutions
2. Software system administration (80% job)
- Develop and optimize internal management software systems to suit the company's production and business needs and work processes (Warehouse management software, transportation software, etc.).
- Troubleshooting, information security, ensuring stable system operation
- Manage and update website information
- Regular maintenance, upkeep, and backup of internal data.
- Operate software, communication equipment, online meetings
- Administer the company's server and email systems
3. Candidate requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience working in IT, priority is given to candidates with experience working in warehouse and logistics companies.
- College degree or higher in related fields.
- Have knowledge of network administration (LAN, WAN, VPN, Internet, anti-virus,...)
- Diligent, careful, ability to receive and process information, ability to learn, search and solve problems.

- Working Monday - Friday and Saturday morning (Closed on Saturday afternoon and Sunday)
